Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. Here are the details of our shipping process:

Shipping Carriers:
- Croatia: We ship all orders within Croatia using GLS.
-  EU & International Orders: For international & EU deliveries, we use GLS or DHL, depending on the destination.

Shipping Times:
- Croatia and Slovenia: Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

- Eu Orders: 2-5 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

- International Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Costs:
- Croatia and Slovenia: Free shipping and returns.

- Eu Orders: flat shipping rate of 10€, free shipping over 200€, free returns

- International Orders: A flat shipping rate of 18€ applies.

 

Delivery Options for Croatian Customers:
- You can choose to have your order delivered to your address or opt for delivery to a GLS Paketomat for added convenience.

Customs & Duties:
- For international orders outside of the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
